Game CoLab Launches Incubator Program
March 1, 2014
Game CoLab, with the help of a generous economic development grant from the City of Phoenix, has launched a new incubator program for game developers with innovative and disruptive ideas.
The incubator program will run through 2014 and Game CoLab is looking to bring 4 teams in for this first pilot year. Teams, evaluated on their game development talent and entrepreneurial aspirations, are given space to work, take part in classes, take advantage of “office hours” with faculty and mentors, and have the opportunity to attend regular networking, demonstrations and pitch events.
In return, Game CoLab and the City of Phoenix hope to stimulate the local economy and game community by creating sustainable ventures and jobs.
